Atkins Construction, a family-owned-and-operated company, offers 20 years of building and remodeling experience in both residential and commercial realms. We are fully licensed and insured.
On the commercial side, Atkins Construction has remodeled hotels, motels, churches, resorts, apartment buildings, restaurants, medical facilities and nursing homes. Our goal has always been to create value and marketability in each property we remodel.
On the residential side, Atkins Construction has remodeled historical homes, million dollar properties and homes as small as 1,000 SF. We believe that a home is the foundation of any family, and we take the care and consideration to provide a quality environment regardless if that home is 1,000 SF or 6,000 SF.
Residential & Commercial Building
Atkins Construction additionally provides quality residential and commercial building through out Texas and Louisiana.
We have hands-on-experience in building apartment complexes, resort housing, medical facilities, motels, hotels, office buildings, donut shops, shopping centers and restaurants.
This organization's objectives are to provide a skilled labor force utilizing standardized materials while enforcing state and local building codes. Additionally, this organization takes all precautions to complete each project within the time allocated while keeping a close eye on expenditures, safety and security of materials and property. We follow OSHA guidelines respectfully by enforcing the use of required safety equipment, keeping the construction site clean on a daily basis, and holding weekly employee safety meetings.
Atkins Construction also provides Construction Manger at Risk or Superintendent management services to commercial building and remodeling projects.
Atkins Construction first started out by building quality homes in East Texas for some very special families. Our first projects included specialty homes designed and constructed for the elderly and disabled. These homes were built with an array of safety features, better access and functionality and at an economical cost.
Many of the homes that followed were from referrals from those first projects. The focus was on the unique custom design component, detailed cabinetry, functionality, security and privacy components. This led to even larger homes being constructed for families of notoriety who required immaculate detail accompanied by extreme security and privacy.
